Break & Enter Damage

Sadly, no matter how much security you have installed, if a burglar wants to enter, they will enter. The damages during this event can vary from common front door damages to window damages and some events there can also be roof damages, including internal plaster ceilings where the forced entry is from the roof area.

Example Of Report Findings

The damages sustained to the residence are, in our professional opinion, a direct result of a forced break in by unknown person/s that have used a crowbar like an object to bend the aluminium door frame and lever to the front entry door, pushing the door to open. This has caused direct damages to the door handle, flywire screen to the security door and the door frame. The door was also scratched during the event. The insured also pointed out a hole to the rear lounge room wall was noticed, that the insured advised was not present before the event. The damage seems recent and is consistent with the advice of the insured.
