The damages sustained to the residence are, in our professional opinion, a direct result of malicious damage caused by what is suspected to be the tenant and/or a person related to the tenant. Damages have been found to the walls and doors of 3 bedrooms, that have sustained holes, which are consistent with impact from a person intending to damage the property deliberately. The insured has a Real Estate Agent engaged that have records of the quarterly inspections, and the damages were not present during the last inspection completed three months ago.
